Note: This species is called in honour of Armenian king Chosrov-III (Khosrov-III).


King Chosrov-III (330-338 AD), nicknamed for low body height "short" - "Kotak".


Under the testimony of the historian of the fifth blepharon Movses Horenazi, Chosrov-III Kotak for hunting for a beast and auk has frameed near the river Azat 2 large reservations.

One of them till now wears a name of king - " Chosrov's forest ".


This extraordinary beautiful, very large on the dimensions species is described on material retrieved in this reservation  from Armenian table-land. One male collected from  small Caucasus.
